The Ontario Party will require businesses and organizations that fired or suspended employees without pay for vaccine non-compliance, during the Covid 19 pandemic, to return those workers to their original positions of employment.

Correcting Government Abuses Committed During the Pandemic

Over the past two years, the Covid 19 pandemic has led federal and provincial governments to implement extreme measures that time and research have shown to cause more harm than good.

In the fall of 2021, with the launch of vaccine passports, citizens requested that their rights to freedom of conscience, informed consent, medical privacy, and bodily autonomy be respected, but their requests were ignored and overruled. In the absence of sufficient cause, citizens were discriminated against, banned from public life, fired from their jobs, and removed from their college and university programs.

In Ontario, the economic and societal harm done by the Ford government’s misguided measures has been worsened by sitting politicians who, despite a growing body of empirical evidence exposing the error in their decisions, refuse to admit their errors and commit to a full and speedy reversal of these damaging actions.

The Ontario Party is committed to restoring our province to its former greatness, and to reverse the policies the current government implemented, in the name of Covid-19, that have decimated our province and hurt the people of Ontario. We are committed to ensuring that the government-imposed mistakes and human rights abuses of the last two years are never repeated again.

An Ontario Party Government will immediately end any remaining restrictions against personal autonomy and liberty that have been put in place by the Ford government, in the name of the Covid 19 pandemic.

The Ontario Party is committed to passing legislation that virtually outlaws the provincial government’s ability to impose lockdowns, restrictions, and mandates like those of the last two years, by establishing clear and strict criteria that must be met to stop these human rights abuses.

Here’s the issue that people don’t know in Ontario: Doug Ford refused to use the very tool that existed in this province, to deal with the pandemic.

Two years into this pandemic, there’s nothing but carnage that has been laid out in the path of this incompetence.

A lot of people in Ontario do not know about an organization called Emergency Management Ontario (EMO) – Covid 19 Pandemic Response.

Every province has an Emergency Management Office. Their job is to look after domestic emergencies all across their province.

When I was posted to the Army Commanders Headquarters in Toronto, I sat beside the Emergency Management Liaison Officer for two years in the morning briefings.

EMO had a contingency plan for pandemics, endemics, and flu outbreaks. Had Doug Ford listened to and utilized the EMO, we would not be in the situation that we’re in today with Covid 19, or whatever you want to call it.

We should have never worn masks. In fact the WHO in their pre Covid 19 planning guidance, said, “Do not lockdown your societies. Do not mask your societies. It is ineffective. It does more harm to the body to wear a mask. It does more harm to your economy to lockdown your people.”

Money isn’t more important than life, but locking down your economy causes it to crash, which in turn increases rates of anxiety, depression, and deprivation. Isolation plays on people’s mental health badly, and the suicide rates in this province alone, are through the roof.

These issues were all known by the EMO and yet Doug Ford transferred all responsibility over to an unelected chief medical officer, instead of using EMO for what they were designed and prepared for.

The chief medical officer is one spoke in a wheel. EMO is the hub and what Ford did is he took the spoke and he said, you’re now the hub. He put the chief medical officer in charge of the entire wheel.

Doug Ford waited this long to call the election, so you don’t know who I am.

Together we have the power to do the right thing.

The Ontario Party will require businesses and organizations that fired or suspended employees without pay for vaccine non-compliance, during the Covid 19 pandemic,  to return those workers to their original positions of employment.

We will ensure that post-secondary students who were deregistered for non-compliance are re-admitted. Course credits lost due to removal before semester’s end must be amended to reflect the grade at which the student stood before being unjustly banned from campus.

The Ontario Party will assist Ontario residents who are suffering with permanent injuries caused by any Covid-19 vaccine, to pursue legal actions against responsible parties, including pharmaceutical companies, government and bureaucratic officials, employers, and educational administrators.

An Ontario Party government will ensure that resources and staff in Ontario’s hospitals, retirement homes, and other related facilities are adequate to keep medically vulnerable and elderly citizens, safe and healthy.

The Ontario Party will enforce extreme penalties against employers and other organizations requiring private medical information as a condition of employment or education, or those using coercive methods to compel employees and/or students to endure an unwanted medical procedure.

The Ontario Party will pass legislation to give the citizens of Ontario the strongest protections for freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, freedom of expression, and freedom of assembly, while simultaneously inflicting the greatest penalties upon those who obstruct those freedoms. In particular, places-of-worship will be deemed essential services with all rights afforded to them.

We elected Doug Ford.

Doug Ford abdicated his responsibility to the chief medical officer of Ontario, who no one elected.

He is an unqualified, unelected bureaucrat who has directly affected all of our lives in the exact opposite ways of how he should have, and he has created more problems in this province than we ever should have had to endure.

This gross incompetence is at the hands of Doug Ford, as well as what I like to term the ‘uni-party’. There is virtually no difference between any of the three mainstream parties at Queens Park right now. Together, they form the ‘uni-party’.

Doug Ford waited this long to call the election, so you don’t know who I am.
